INSTRUCTIONS
PRESENTATION OF THE MANUSCRIPT
By submitting an article to REVART Journal for publication, the Author guarantees in writing its authenticity and the fact that the article has not been published and will not be submitted for publication to another journal;
EUROSTAMPA PUBLISHING HOUSE, THE PUBLISHERS AND THE EDITORIAL TEAM DO NOT ASSUME THEIR RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE TEXTS SUBMITTED FOR PUBLICATION BY THE AUTHORS, WHICH ARE THE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRELY.
The text of the article will be written as a document WORD 97, 2003 or later in Romanian – mandatory with diacritics and English (identical) and will have the following form of presentation:
»Title of the paper, Author’s first and last name, Institutional affiliation, Contact details (e-mail), Abstract (ten lines), Bibliography. The explanatory notes will be placed in square brackets at the end of the text
»The bibliography, mandatory for any article, is written according to the rules imposed by the International Standard ISO 7144/1986
»Tables and diagrams, figures or other drawings will be inserted in the text in the right place, numbered and will have a resolution of 300 dpi
»The structure of the article presenting the results of some experimental researches will follow the international standards, according to the acronym IMRAD (introduction, methods and materials, results and discussions), to which are added the conclusions
»Articles of any other nature will consist of the introduction, the body of the paper and conclusions, the body of the paper may be organized at the request of the author (s).
SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS
Manuscript Preparation
Manuscript length should be 6 to 15 pages. All submitted manuscripts must include the following items:
Title – The title is specific and concise. Titles should be presented in title case – all words except the first word should be in lower case letters.
List of authors, their affiliations and email addresses – Provide the full names and affiliations of all the authors. Affiliations should include university or organization, city, and country. One of the authors should be designated as the corresponding author, and their email address needs to be included.
Abstract – The abstract should briefly introduce the manuscript, not exceeding 400 words. No citations should be included in the abstract.
Keywords – At least 3 keywords or phrases should be included and must be separated by commas to distinguish them.
Introduction – The introduction section should provide a context for your manuscript. When preparing the introduction, please bear in mind that some readers will not be experts in your field of research.
Main body – the main body part should include the main proposed ideas, results and discussions.
Conclusions – A conclusion is where you summarize the paper’s findings and generalize their importance, discuss ambiguous data, and recommend further research. An effective conclusion should provide closure for a paper, leaving the reader feeling satisfied that the concepts have been fully explained.
Acknowledgments – You as the author are free to decide whether to include acknowledgments or not. Usually, the acknowledgments section includes the names of people who in some way contributed to the work, but do not fit the criteria to be listed as the authors. This section of your manuscript can also include information about funding sources.
References – is written according to the rules imposed by the International Standard ISO 7144/1986
Word Processing Formats
Before submission, please ensure that your articles are in the form of Microsoft word 2000/2003(doc) or Microsoft word 2007/2010(docx).
Manuscripts are sent in electronic format, exclusively by uploading in the special form from the SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS section.
For articles that, although accepted for publication, are not written according to the standards of REVART journal, an additional fee of RON 100 is charged. The deadline for submitting manuscripts for issue 1 / year of publication is March 15, and for issue 2 / year of publication is September 15.
ARTICLE REVIEW ACTIVITY
Scientific articles are subject to the PEER REVIEW review process “blindly”.
The number of reviewers for the evaluation of an article is 2, and the review time is 45 days.
The authors receive one of the following answers from the publisher:
»Accepted article;
»Article accepted with modifications;
»Rejected article.
The scientific references will follow the evaluation of the manuscripts: the actuality of the topic; deepening scientific ideas, originality, and compliance with instructions for authors.
Failure to comply with the standards required by the journal will result in rejection of the manuscripts.
